About this Bake
This was a birthday cake for my 7 year old daughters birthday party. She is really keen on her Ninjitsu lessons and she had her party in the dojo. The portrait on the top is a caricature of her.
Top tip
Keep fondant decorations soft before adding onto cake by putting in a plastic sandwich bag which is left a little bit open to let the designs ste a bit but not harden completely.
