About this Bake
I made these mini cupcakes for my best friend's hen party. The cakes themselves were a rich vanilla flavour, whilst the icing had a hint of lilac with some decorative sugar butterflies :) Not quite petit four size, but maybe next time!
Top tip
If, like me, your oven has a hotspot, open the oven door halfway through the bake and very gently turn your tray. This prevents having burnt cupcakes one side and underdone on the other!
