This cake was made for a Halloween party using chocolate sponges, a chocolate orange buttercream filling and mini meringues decorated as ghosts.
Top tip
Make sure the cakes are completely cool before putting on the buttercream and meringue ghosts! Watch the meringue as it burns very easily!
