About this Bake
This is a reptile cake I made for my daughter's birthday. I made each topper by hand. Inside is a caramel sponge with a caramel drizzle on each layer and a white chocolate caramel-flavoured buttercream. It's also coated in the buttercream and then topped with top quality sugar paste.
Top tip
Just enjoy the process and learn from each mistake if any are made. Every bake is unique to itself.
