About this Bake
I adore marshmallow and so I fancied giving them a go. The rose water flavouring goes so well with the pistachio sprinkles and it feels a little like eating fluffy Turkish Delight. Yummy!
Top tip
Don't stop whisking the marshmallow for at least 10-12 mins to ensure you get the proper fluffy consistency.
