About this Bake
Made for a colleague's mum's 60th who has a love for gardening. A lemon and poppyseed cake with lemon buttercream filling.
Top tip
To create edible soil use crumbled chocolate cake left over from another cake which was stored in the freezer until needed, so no wastage!
