About this Bake
This is a spiced chocolate and honey sponge with chocolate, honey and whisky liqueur ganache frosting. It was decorated with candied fruits and grated white chocolate.
Top tip
Make sure your hand mixer can be found easily if you move house. I made this with just a wooden spoon and it hurt!
