About this Bake
I made kanelbullar, which are traditional cinnamon rolls from Sweden. I topped the kanelbullar with pearl sugar and then glazed them with a sugar syrup to provide a shiny glaze.
Top tip
Pour boiling water in a bowl to warm it. Discard the water and use the hot bowl to cover butter to soften it. Use a mixture of strong white flour and very strong white flour for greater gluten content.
