About this Bake
I made this cake for my mother-in-law Margaret’s “80 years young” birthday. I was inspired by the autumn colours which perfectly suited her October birthday. Further inspiration for the autumn fruits came from Margaret’s love of jam making at this time of year.
Top tip
Make more fondant leaves, fruit etc than you think you may need.
