About this Bake
A well-known supermarket is not doing Tunis cake this year. My hubby was distraught, so, being the nice wife I am, I had a go. Verdict: Mrs T's is best.
Top tip
Add the beaten egg slowly to prevent the mixture curdling. You also need a good layer of thick dark chocolate.
