About this Bake
Although it's in my weddings album it was actually my birthday cake this year! Victoria sponge top tier, followed by vanilla choc chip sponge with chocolate buttercream, and my signature flavour (coconut and cherry sponge with coconut cream) on the bottom tier. WE LOVED IT =)
Top tip
Once covered with sugar paste and sealed to retain moisture, let your cake rest for 24 hours before the piping begins.
