About this Bake

These cupcakes are made from vanilla and chocolate sponge with a strawberry jam and chocolate filling. They are topped with vanilla buttercream.

Top tip

To make the unicorn horns and ears, use 50/50 gum paste and fondant icing to ensure they are able to stand up. Spray gold and leave to dry / set overnight or mix vodka and edible gold dust and lightly brush on and leave to dry.
