About this Bake

This was my first attempt at a novelty cake for my brother's 18th birthday - It was a vanilla sponge with chocolate buttercream icing and fondant decoration :)

Top tip

Use 2 x large trays to bake the sponges, and then use the cut-offs to build up the 3D effect before icing!
