Had fun with these and loved the challenge! They are so crusty yet light on the inside and can't wait to serve them with cheeses and antipasti!
Top tip
Remove baguettes from the tray a few minutes before they are ready and place on the wire shelf in the oven for an all rounded crusty coat.
