About this Bake
This cake was a coconut cake with a coconut icing and a mango purée in the middle. The flowers are made from vanilla buttercream and there is a digestive crumb around the bottom. This was made for my friend’s 20th birthday.
Top tip
When baking a sponge cake, try to keep as much air in as possible.
