About this Bake

These were for a colleagues birthday. A second batch were made with lemon sponge, lemon curd and mallow filling. Not sure which I prefer.

Top tip

Scoop the centre out of the chocolate cakes and fill with fresh raspberry curd and homemade marshmallow fluff before covering with icing. The cameo mould will cover any uneven areas.
