About this Bake
A bespoke design wedding cake made for my niece. The cake's flavours were lemon and poppy seed with a lemon curd filling, rich chocolate with a fudge filling and Madeira with a strawberry conserve and buttercream topped with a layer of homemade nut brittle.
Top tip
Use sunflower oil to line your tin instead of butter as it's less likely to burn the sides.
