About this Bake
The top tier was lemon sponge, lemon curd and lemon buttercream with a lemon juice drizzle. The bottom tier was chocolate sponge with chocolate buttercream.
Top tip
I needed to travel for several hours with this cake, so stacked it at the venue and completed the cake on site.
