About this Bake

Inspired by ‘Extra Slice’ favourite ‘the hedgehog cake’, these are small hedgehog cakes made from chocolate cupcakes and chocolate buttercream icing.

Top tip

Slice a piece off a cupcake and lay on its side to keep it steady before icing.
