About this Bake

Mary Berry's Bitter Chocolate Brownies with a light fudge icing. The brownies went to plan. My only problem was I didn't have any dark muscovado sugar for Mary's quick fudge icing so I just used light muscovado. Nothing major still turned out great!

Top tip

Always use butter when making brownies I find it works and taste better than any butter substitute.
