About this Bake

Sticky Toffee Date cake with custard flavoured italian meringue buttercream and toffee drizzle. The dates were soaked in a citrus earl grey tea which added a subtle but beautiful infusion. The cakes were soaked in a toffee sauce after baking which meant they were moist and delicious!
