About this Bake
He was made for my grandsons 4th birthday and was my first standing character. made from x3 6" round chocolate sponges, filled with whipped dark chocolate Ganache and covered with chocolate sugarpaste. Details and models handmade from both sugar and gum paste.
Top tip
Forget about chocolate and water not mixing, if your ganache splits rescue it by mixing in a little warm water. It works!
