About this Bake

I made this celebration cake for my daughter, who passed her Certificate of Competency exam to become an Electro Technical Officer in the Merchant Navy. Made with chocolate and vanilla sponge with buttercream, its nautical decorations represent her merchant navy cap, shirt and epaulette.
