About this Bake

I decided to make a type of drizzle cake but was "bored" with the typical lemon one. It's a basic Victoria Sponge but with grated orange zest, orange juice and vanilla extract. The icing has orange juice and zest in too. Simple but tasty.

Top tip

Have a fridge big enough/enough room in the fridge to keep the cake cool in while the icing sets! Oh, and learn to take decent photos of your food.
