About this Bake

I made this for my daughters 7th birthday! The cake is turquoise and lilac 4 layers with buttercream. Ombré buttercream on the outside and a white hoc ganache topping with was brushed with metallic dust. Decorated with frozen themed chocolate bark, fondant snowglies and Olaf.

Top tip

Chill inbetween frosting steps for even easy buttercream!
