For Festival Week, Bake Off was celebrating
With wonders pulled fresh from the cake tin
Henry made chocolate kardemummabullar
And was praised for their flavour, prove and colour
When Paul gave him a Hollywood handshake
‘SHUT UP’ was the best response Henry could make
His technical of cassatelle sweets
Were neat and full – a real tasty treat
Then came the showstopper: kek lapis sarawak
Henry’s looked a little like an egg sarnie stack
But the spongy texture and zesty taste
Ensured that nothing went to waste
