Little pots of chocolate flavoured with a hint of orange – these are the perfect quick dessert when you need a sweet treat.
Melt the chocolate in a large bowl suspended over a pan of simmering water, stirring until smooth. Remove from the heat.
Pour the cream into a separate pan and place over a low heat . Add the orange zest and warm through until just starting to bubble at the edges. Remove from the heat.
Pour the cream through a sieve into the bowl with the chocolate and stir to combine.
Add the egg yolks and beat to combine. Transfer the mixture to a jug then pour equally into 4 serving dishes. Refrigerate for 1 hour to set before serving.
